Matcha Ice Cream Recipe with Mint


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Lifeful Organic Matcha Powder

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  3. To serve, let the ice cream soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
