At Lifeful Organica, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted artisan teas. We guarantee that our products leave our facility in peak condition. If a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to the following guidelines to resolve your concern.
Return Eligibility
Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Store Credit
Store credit can be used at checkout on our online store.
Sale Adjustments: Store credit for promotions will only be granted for orders placed within 48 hours prior to the start of the promotion.
Product-Specific Policies
Loose-Leaf Teas
If you don’t enjoy your blend, you are eligible for a one-time store credit (excluding shipping fees). Please email sales@lifefulorganica.com.
Refunds: Refunds are not issued at this time.
Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, contact sales@lifefulorganica.com immediately for a replacement. Photo documentation of the damaged item is required.
